Serkland Law Firm has been named to the “Best Law Firms” listings for 2017 by U.S. News – Best Lawyers. The firm’s Fargo office was named to the Metropolitan Tier 1 ranking in Bankruptcy and Creditor Debtor Rights / Insolvency and Reorganization Law; Commercial Litigation; Family Law; Litigation – Banking & Finance; Litigation – Labor & Employment; Mediation; and Product Liability Litigation – Defendants.

Serkland Law Firm’s Bismarck office was named to the Metropolitan Tier 2 ranking in Commercial Litigation, and the Fargo office was named to the Metropolitan Tier 2 ranking in Litigation – Bankruptcy; Litigation – Mergers & Acquisitions; Personal Injury Litigation – Defendants; and Product Liability Litigation – Plaintiffs.

The firm’s Fargo office was named to the Metropolitan Tier 3 ranking in Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs.

“Best Law Firms” rankings are based on a rigorous evaluation process that includes the collection of client and lawyer evaluations, peer review from leading attorneys in their field and review of additional information provided by law firms as part of the formal submission process.

To be eligible for a ranking in a particular practice area and metro region, a law firm must have at least one lawyer who is included in Best Lawyers in that particular practice area and metro.
