Laura Woyen joined Serkland Law Firm in 2014 as a paralegal. She primarily works in the areas of oil and gas, business dispute litigation, and professional ethics disputes.
Laura received a B.S. in Paralegal Studies with concentrations in civil and criminal litigation from Minnesota State University Moorhead (MSUM) in 1999. While attending MSUM, she received the West Legal Studies Award and was inducted into Lambda Epsilon Chi, the National Honor Society for Paralegals.
After graduation, Laura worked in a private practice personal injury law firm in St. Cloud, MN and went on to spend 10 years at the Stearns County Attorney’s Office handling criminal, juvenile, and civil matters. Prior to joining our firm, Laura spent two years working in the areas of corporate governance, transactions, and Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs).
