William B. Wischer is a 2008 graduate of Concordia College, where he majored in Business Management. He graduated in 2011 from the University of North Dakota School of Law, with distinction. After law school, William worked in private practice, concentrating on family law and then prosecution. William joined the Serkland Law Firm in 2022. While representing the City of Fargo, William prosecutes criminal offenses and advises city leaders on legal issues. He also represents private clients on employment matters.
