Serkland Law Firm named to ‘Best Law Firms’ list

Serkland Law Firm has been named to the “Best Law Firms” listings for 2019 by U.S. News – Best Lawyers.  Both of the firm’s Fargo and Bismarck offices were named to the Metropolitan Tier 1 ranking in Commercial Litigation.   The Fargo office was also named to the Metropolitan Tier 1 ranking in Bankruptcy and Creditor Debtor Rights / Insolvency and Reorganization Law; Litigation – Banking & Finance; Litigation – Labor & Employment; Mediation; and Product Liability Litigation – Defendants.

“Best Law Firms” rankings are based on a rigorous evaluation process that includes the collection of client and lawyer evaluations, peer review from leading attorneys in their field and review of additional information provided by law firms as part of the formal submission process.  To be eligible for a ranking in a particular practice area and metro region, a law firm must have at least one lawyer who is included in Best Lawyers in that particular practice area and metro.

This year, Jack G. Marcil, Ronald H. McLean, and Roger J. Minch were listed in Best Lawyers in America for Fargo, and Rebecca S. Thiem was listed in Best Lawyers in America for Bismarck.
