Serkland Law Firm Names McNary a Shareholder

Kasey D. McNary has been named a shareholder in the Serkland Law Firm, which has offices in Fargo and Bismarck.

A native of Williston, McNary graduated from Jamestown College with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree with distinction from the University of North Dakota School of Law, Grand Forks. His practice is centered primarily on civil litigation where he focuses on commercial, business, and collection cases, as well as real estate matters, including foreclosures. Before joining Serkland Law Firm in 2010, he was a law clerk for the East Central Judicial District in Fargo.
